Autumn Blessings Journal using DCWV & Pink & Main


Hi there,

Today, DCWV is hopping with Pink & Main. I created this little Autumn Blessings Journal with DCWV's Autumn Leaves stack and Pink & Main's stamps and dies. I loved this combination of products. The stamps and dies were easy to use and complimented the Autumn Leaves stack beautifully. My journal is perfectly sized at 8 ¼ x 5 ¾. Take a peek at my tutorial below.





Supplies
DCWV Stack: Autumn Leaves (Journal Covers: 8 1/4 x 5 1/4)
Journal/Notebook (8 1/4 x 5 3/4)
Pink & Main Stamps and Dies: Wild About You, Thankful
Xyron: Creative Station
Black Ink
Leaves
Punch
Button
Ribbon
Scissors
Hot Glue
Trimmer

Instructions







Step 1: Cut patterned papers from Autumn Leaves stack to layering sizes and run through the Creative Station. Adhere to journal. Note: This step creates the back and front cover of journal.





Step 2: Run coordinating layers through the Creative Station and adhere to journal.

Step 3: Run focal image layer through the Creative Station and adhere to journal.

Step 4. Add leaves to journal using hot glue.


Step 5: Adhere bow and button to journal.

 


Step 6: Using black ink, stamp sentiment from Thankful stamp set onto DCWV patterned paper. Trim paper and adhere to journal.






Step 7: Using black ink, stamp image from Wild About You stamp set onto DCWV patterned paper. Use coordinating die and die cut machine to cut the image out and adhere to the journal. Continue embellishing as desired.

Halloween Journal using DCWV's Spooky Delight Stack


Hi there,

Today I am sharing a little Halloween Journal created with the Spooky Delight stack. Themed journals are so much fun to create and use to capture memories and thoughts. The journal is perfectly sized for the occasion. It measures 8 ¼ x 5 ¾. I coordinated the journal with Halloween themed Blue Moon Beads embellishments. I loved the end result. Supplies
DCWV Stack: Spooky Delight (Journal Covers: 8 1/4 x 5 1/4)
Journal/Notebook (8 1/4 x 5 3/4)
Xyron: Creative Station, 1.5” Sticker Maker
Charms (Blue Moon Beads)
Punch
Sanding Block
Die Cuts
Ribbon
Scissors
Hot Glue
Trimmer
3D Tape


Instructions




Step 1: Run 2 (8 1/4 x 5 1/4) pieces of patterned paper from the stack through the Creative Station and adhere to journal. Note: This step creates the back and front cover of journal.

 



Step 2: Run coordinating layers through the Creative Station and adhere to journal.

 

Step 3: Run focal image layer through the Creative Station and adhere to journal.



Step 4 Add ribbon along spine and adhere to inside of the front cover.




Step 5: Punch tabs using coordinating paper from the Stack, run through 1.5” Sticker Maker and adhere to journal.




Step 6: Run die cuts through Sticker Maker and adhere to journal. Cut other elements from DCWV stack and adhere to journal with 3D foam tape.

 


Step 7: Adhere bow and charms. Continue embellishing as desired.

Inspirational Keepsake using Quick Quotes & Xyron


Hi there,

Today, I am sharing a keepsake that I created with products from Quick Quotes and Xyron.  I used the Anchors Aweigh collection and the Creative Station.  I loved creating with the collection. The patterned papers coordinated beautifully together and the use of the Creative Station made adhering the layers effortless. Take a look at my easy tutorial below.



Supplies
Wooden Frame (5 x 5)
Wooden Frame (Decorative)
Ribbon
Button
Flowers
Xyron Adhesive: Creative Station
Hot Glue
E6000
Trimmer


Instructions

Step 1: Cut patterned paper from the Anchors Aweigh paper pack to fit the shape of the base frame.

 Step 2: Run patterned paper through the Creative Station and apply to the base frame. Set aside.



Step 3: Cut strips and coordinated patterned paper from the paper packet to fit the 5 x 5 frame. Distress edges of the papers with Quick Quotes Chalking Ink (Caribbean Blue) and run through the Creative Station.


Step 4: Adhere strips and stickers from the collection to the 5 x 5 frame.

Step 5: Adhere flowers and 3D stickers to the 5 x 5 frame. Set aside
Step 6: Add ribbon to the decorative frame base and secure on the back of the frame.

Step 7: Adhere 5 x 5 frame to decorative frame base.

Step 8: Add additional 3D stickers, bows and buttons.  Continue embellishing as desired.

Christmas Wishes Tag: Xyron & Tim Holtz Partnership

Hi there,

Today, I'm sharing a really fun project created with Xyron & Tim Holtz products.  I created a Christmas tag with distress inks, distress stain and Xyron Adhesive.  I had so much fun incorporating these products together. The distress inks and stains always coordinate so well. Take a peek at my tutorial below.


Supplies
Manila Tag (Pre-inked with Distress inks)
Chipboard
Die: Winter Deer (Sizzix)
Vagabond Machine
Ribbon
Scissors
Xyron Adhesive: Creative Station, 3" Sticker Maker
Cropadile
Hot Glue
Trimmer



Instructions



Step 1: Transfer pattern from Holly Bough Tim Holtz stencil to pre-inked manila tag using Crushed Olive Ink and foam tool.

 Step 2: Using the Vagabond and Tim Holtz Alterations embossing folder, emboss tag.

 Step 3: Enhance embossed image with Vintage Photo Distress Stain. Set aside
 Step 4: Run Dies through embossing machine.
 Step 5: Cut desired components of die cuts and run them through Xyron Creative Station.

 Step 6: Apply to chipboard tag base and reinforce whole using Cropadile.


Step 7: Feed ribbon through Quote Band and attach ribbon to tag using Tim Holtz Tiny Attacher.

 Step 8: Secure the ribbon on the back of the tag and adhere die cuts to the front of the tag.
 Step 9: Adhere bow to tag.


  Step 10: Run script die cuts through 3 " Sticker Maker and apply to tag.
