Back to School Journal with Xyron Adhesive

Hi there,

Today, I'm sharing a little Back to School Journal created with Xyron and DCWV's Chalk Art Stack. Loved this little project. The use of Xyron Adhesive made creating this journal effortless and quick. It was extremely easy to create and perfect for back to school. Take a peek at my tutorial below.

Journal/Notebook (8 1/4 x 5 3/4)
DCWV Stack: Chalk Art (Journal Covers: 8 1/4 x 5 1/4)
Mini Clothespins (Screen printed)
Sanding Block
Hot Glue

Step 1: Trim papers down to layering sizes and sand papers with sanding block.

Step 2: Run 2 (8 1/4 x 5 1/4) pieces of patterned paper from the stack through the New Creative Station and adhere to journal. Note: This step creates the back and front cover of journal

Step 3: Run coordinating layers through the New Creative Station and adhere to journal.

Step 4: Run focal image layer through the New Creative Station and adhere to journal.
Step 5: Take clothespins apart to create a frame around the focal image.
Step 6: Adhere clothespin parts to journal.

Step 7: Adhere bows and continue embellishing as desired.
