"Heartfelt Thanks" Box using Xyron & Paper Smooches

Hi there,

Today, I am sharing a decorative box that I created with Xyron and Paper Smooches products. I love the great combination. The base is a Mailer Box by DCWV. I used distressed inks on the box cover and burlap paper to age them. I love how the box turned out. Take a peek at the easy tutorial below.

Vanilla Cardstock
DCWV: Burlap Paper, Mailer Box
Distress Ink: Fired Brick, Scattered Straw
Heart Embossing Folder
Die Cut Machine
Xyron Adhesive: New Creative Station, 3" Sticker Maker
Hot Glue

Step 1: Randomly stamp hearts onto vanilla cardstock using the heart stamp from the Cosmos stamp set.
Step 2: Emboss hearts on stamped cardstock using die cut machine and embossing folder.

Step 3: Directly apply ink to raised embossed hearts with mini inkpad. I used scattered straw distress ink. Set aside.
Step 4: Directly apply scattered straw distress ink to edges of front of mailer box.

Step 5: Wrap ribbon around mailer box.

Step 6: Run burlap paper and cardstock layer through the New Creative Station to apply adhesive.
Step 7: Adhere burlap paper and cardstock layer together and then to box.
Step 8: Create pennant with ribbon and adhere to box.
Step 9: Adhere flowers with hot glue.
Step 10. Die cut "Heartfelt Thanks" using  Paper Smooches die and run through 3" Sticker Maker.

Step 11. Adhere die cut and bow. Continue embellishing as desired.
Thanks so much for visiting today...:)
