Gold & Cork Blog Hop with Tombow & DCWV!

Hi and Welcome to the Gold and Cork Blog Hop with Tombow USA and DCWV! We have 2 days full with gorgeous projects using GOLD and CORK! You probably came here from Yolie's blogbut if you happened to stumble across my blog go to the Tombow USA Blog (on Friday) DCWV Blog (On Saturday) to start!

I created this "Thank You Gift Box using the Gilded Paper Stack and Mailer Box by DCWV. I adhered all layers together using Tombow. This project was super fun and easy to create with DCWV and Tombow products. Take a peek at my tutorial below:
DCWV Supplies:
Tombow Adhesive:
Ribbon
Trimmer
Slot Punch

Scissors

Instructions:

Step 1: Trim 2 coordinating papers to size of Mailer Box.

Step 2:  Apply Xtreme Permanent Adhesive to the 1st paper layer and adhere it to the base layer.

Step 3: Apply Xtreme Permanent Adhesive to the base layer and adhere it to the Mailer Box. Set aside.

Step 4: Adhere sentiment to a matted paper layer from the Gilded Paper Stack using Xtreme Permanent Adhesive. Note: The matted paper layer is 1/4 of an inch larger than the sentiment.

Step 5: Using a slot punch, create slots in the top and bottom of sentiment layer.

Step 6: Enter ribbon into the slot from the top front of the sentiment layer and trail the ribbon down the back of the sentiment and through the slot at the bottom. Note: Gently pull enough ribbon through the slots to secure the ribbon on the bottom of the box, but do not adhere in this step.

Step 7: Add desired contents to the inside of the box and apply foam tape to the back of the layered sentiment. Adhere the sentiment to the mailer.

Step 8: Wrap top and bottom ribbon around back of mailer, trim with scissors and secure the ribbon with Adhesive Dots.

Step 9: Create bow and adhere to mailer box. Continue embellishing as desired.
