Elegant Canvas ATC

Hi there,

I made this little elegant canvas ATC tonight.  I used copics  RV69 and 100, prima crystals and flower centers, velvet floral ribbon by Anna Griffin, black stazon ink and script by A Stamp In the Hand. RV69 and 100 were applied using the airbrushing technique. I also colored my bling to coordinate with my ATC. Love the finished product! Hugs,K

Spooky Canvas ATC

I had a little time this evening, so I wanted to create a Halloween themed canvas ATC.  I started with a blank canvas ATC. I added some script with black stazon.  I then added the themed felt stickers.  I thought these stickers were pretty cool.  Found them on the Halloween aisle at Michaels. After applying them, I added some prima crystals that I colored with my black copic to coordinate with the ATC.  I edged the ATC with black ink and then airbrushed my clay colored copic unto the ATC to add just a little color. This was a  very fun ATC to create. I absolutely love the texture too.  Take Care, Karen

The ATC was stamped with a script by A Stamp in The Hand.  The Dandelion stamp is by Penny Black-Love her!  All stampings were stamped with Stazon Ink. The last touches were adding “So Blessed” and adding black ink around the edges of the ATC.

"The Love we Give Away…" Card

I wanted to share this 6 X 6 card that I created last night using the Daisy D's scraps from my "Hold Tightly" Canvas.  I also used prima flower, satin ribbon, worded stamp, fired brick distressed ink and Martha Stewart punch. Unbelievably, I didn't age a thing on this card.  I was satisfied with the distressed patterned paper and the contrast with the natural  cream cardstock.  I also did a little fussy cutting of the flowers and embellished them with some clear seed beads..  Thanks for visiting today, K

"Hold Tightly" Canvas

Hi there,
I had an opportunity to work on this little canvas last night. I pulled out some paper from my Daisy D's stash- Oh how I loved that company... Once I pulled out the paper, I was moved to complete this canvas using a photo of my dear hubby and sweet baby girls.  In addition to the Daisy D's paper, I used prima flowers and leaves, copic airbrushed sculpted flowers, ribbon, and fish netting. All papers were aged with old paper distressed ink.  The quote rub-on is by Daisy D's also. It says," Hold tightly to the things that matter most." Thanks for stopping by, K

I enjoyed creating this today.  I started out wanting to create something small. ATC’s always come to mind when I think of creating a quick instant gratification project.  I used a lot of fun product  with this piece; such as, Making Memories paint, Distressed Crackle Rock Candy, Old Paper distress ink, stamps, ribbon, beaded flowers by K and CO.,and  jeweled butterfly. I really loved that all product used were at my fingertips. I didn’t have to go far today. That is always a plus for me…:) After creating the ATC, I decided to distress a piece of cardboard to mount the ATC on to form a displayable piece. Fun Fun Fun…

Forever Canvas

Hi there,
I finished this a couple of days ago and wanted to share it with you.  It is a canvas that  I covered with Fired Brick Distress Ink. I then edged the canvas with black ink and clear embossing powder for texture. Next, I distressed a piece of grunge paper with Fired Brick Distress ink, stamped it with Tim Holtz stamps, added the sentiment and ornate plate, and then added the grunge paper as an additional layer on top of the canvas with black satin corners.  I also added some stickles to the stamped tree branches. The final touch was embellishing with metal leaves and prima flowers. Love this!

Vintage Distressed ATC’s

Yum! I think I am in love with texture all over again.  I started out creating some texture swaps for my Stampin Divas group. This is what I ended up with.  Love them! I hope my Divas do too.

BLISSful Distressed Tag

Hi there,

I enjoyed creating this tag.  I started it over the weekend and was able to finish it last night.  I used Vintage Photo Distress ink, stamps by Tim Holtz and Stampington, Tim Holtz metals and bliss ticket, CTMH acrylic tag, K and Co hat pin, and Prima flower (airbrushed) and Prima crystals. Edges were distressed with a distressing  tool.  I know, I know- this tag is loaded, but I like it. What good is the product if you don’t use, right?  :) Thanks for stopping by, K
